I liked it. i tried a few dress ups in my time. and I wanted to know how do people get the clothing to fit on perfectly, when I draw mine they never really fully fit. Coudl you possibly help me out?

Take time. Do your character in a seperate layer and each set of clothing (hair, tops) in a layer for that group. Then lock the character layer and draw over it. Makes life easier.
Dressups are the simplest game but put some time into it and you'll make something good

That was hilarious. Well not really. I laughed once. At the ending with the "Difference Between Chinese and Japanese" part. I really hope you actually make that it would be awesome. Great work
